Terms of Service
Last updated: 7/9/2026
These Terms of Service apply to all bookings, tours, transportation, guide-driver services, and related travel services provided by Iberiainn.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We provide travel and tour services in Georgia, including private or group transportation, driver-guide assistance, sightseeing tours, route planning, pickup and drop-off, and related travel support.
Our drivers and guides may assist travelers with practical travel matters during the tour, such as general local guidance, itinerary coordination, and transportation support. However, we are not responsible for services provided by third parties, such as hotels, restaurants, attractions, airlines, or government authorities.
2. Bookings and Reservations
A booking is not confirmed until we accept your reservation and receive the required deposit.
To reserve a tour date, you must pay at least 50% of the total booking price, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms agreed during booking.
3. Booking Confirmation
Your booking becomes confirmed when:
We approve the requested date, itinerary, and service details; and
You pay the required deposit; and
We send you booking confirmation by email, message, invoice, or other written communication.
You are responsible for checking that all booking details are correct, including dates, number of travelers, pickup location, tour route, and contact information.
4. Tour Hours and Daily Service Time
Unless agreed otherwise, our standard tour and driver-guide service usually ends around 7:00 PM.
This does not mean that we will abandon travelers exactly at 7:00 PM. If the tour is naturally ending, the driver will take visitors back to their hotel, accommodation, or agreed drop-off location within a reasonable time.
However, service after 7:00 PM may be limited and may require an additional fee if the delay is caused by the customer, itinerary changes, extra stops, late pickup, heavy delays, or requests outside the original booking.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate booking information
Being ready at the agreed pickup time
Following reasonable safety instructions from the driver or guide
Respecting local laws, customs, property, and other people
Keeping personal belongings safe
Informing us in advance about health, mobility, timing, luggage, or other special requirements
Having valid travel documents, visas, insurance, and permissions where needed
We may refuse or stop service if a customer behaves dangerously, illegally, aggressively, or in a way that puts staff, other travelers, or the public at risk.
6. Itinerary Changes
We try to follow the agreed itinerary, but changes may be necessary due to weather, road conditions, traffic, closures, safety concerns, availability, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If changes are needed, we will try to offer a reasonable alternative where possible.
7. Prices and Inclusions
The price includes only the services specifically stated in the booking confirmation.
Unless clearly included, the price does not include:
Accommodation
Meals and drinks
Entry tickets
Attraction fees
Cable cars or special transport
Travel insurance
Personal expenses
Tips
Flights
Visa or document fees
Extra hours, extra stops, or route changes
8. Payments
Payments may be accepted by bank transfer, cash, online payment, or another agreed method.
Any bank fees, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or payment provider fees are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund rules are explained in our Refund and Return Policy.
By booking with us, you agree to those rules.
10. Delays and No-Shows
If you are late, we will try to wait for a reasonable period, depending on the schedule and tour type.
If the delay affects the itinerary, some locations or activities may be shortened or removed.
If you do not appear at the agreed pickup location and do not contact us within a reasonable time, this may be treated as a no-show. No-shows are not refundable.
11. Third-Party Services
During tours, we may recommend or help arrange third-party services such as hotels, restaurants, attractions, activities, or local experiences.
We are not responsible for the actions, mistakes, pricing, safety, quality, cancellation rules, or availability of third-party providers.
12. Travel Risk
Travel involves normal risks, including road conditions, weather, delays, personal injury, illness, theft, and unexpected changes.
Customers are responsible for choosing whether a tour is suitable for them. We strongly recommend having valid travel insurance.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, missed flights, missed connections, lost profits, emotional distress, or costs caused by delays, weather, road closures, third-party providers, customer mistakes, or events outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, road closures, political events, strikes, accidents, epidemics, government restrictions, border issues, or other emergencies.
15. Photos and Marketing
We may ask for permission to use photos or videos from tours for marketing. We will not intentionally use identifiable images of customers for marketing without consent.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
