Refund and Return Policy

Last updated: 7/9/2026

This Refund and Return Policy explains our cancellation, refund, and booking deposit rules.

Because we provide travel, tour, transportation, and driver-guide services, “returns” do not apply in the same way as physical products. Instead, this policy explains when payments may be refunded after booking cancellation.

1. Reservation Deposit

To reserve a tour date, customers must pay at least 50% of the total booking price, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The booking date is not reserved until the required deposit is received and we confirm the booking.

2. Free Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel and receive a refund if cancellation is made at least 10 calendar days before the first reserved service date.

Example: if your tour/reservation starts on 14 August, you may cancel until 4 August and be eligible for a refund under this policy.

3. Additional 24-Hour Grace Period After Confirmation

If a booking is confirmed within the 10-day period before the first service date, the customer has 24 hours after booking confirmation to cancel and receive a refund.

Example: if your tour starts on 14 August and your booking is confirmed on 8 August, you may cancel within 24 hours after confirmation and still be eligible for a refund.

This grace period does not apply after the tour has already started.

4. Non-Refundable Cancellations

Payments are generally non-refundable if:

  • You cancel less than 10 calendar days before the first service date and the 24-hour grace period has already passed
  • You do not appear at the agreed pickup location
  • You provide incorrect pickup details and the tour cannot reasonably proceed
  • You arrive too late and the tour cannot be completed
  • You voluntarily stop or leave the tour early
  • You request major changes that cannot be arranged
  • The service has already started or has already been provided

5. Partial Refunds

We may offer a partial refund at our discretion if only part of the service is cancelled or if some costs have already been paid to drivers, guides, accommodation providers, attractions, or other third parties.

Third-party costs may be non-refundable.

6. Changes Instead of Cancellation

Where possible, we may allow customers to change the tour date, route, or service details. Changes depend on availability and may require extra payment.

We are not required to accept changes requested close to the service date, but we will try to help where reasonable.

7. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a confirmed service because we cannot provide it, we will offer one of the following:

  • A new date
  • An alternative service
  • A refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service

We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights, hotels, insurance, lost time, or other personal expenses.

8. Weather, Road Conditions, and Safety

If weather, road conditions, closures, or safety issues make part of the itinerary impossible, we may change the route or offer an alternative destination where reasonable.

A refund is not automatically available if the tour can still be provided with reasonable changes.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund timing may depend on banks, payment providers, currency conversion, and transfer systems.

Bank fees, transfer fees, and currency conversion charges may be deducted unless the cancellation was caused by us.

10. How to Cancel

To request cancellation, contact us in writing:

Your cancellation request should include:

  • Full name
  • Booking date
  • Tour date
  • Number of travelers
  • Payment confirmation, if available
  • Reason for cancellation

The cancellation date is the date when we receive your written cancellation request.
