This is the “three moods” week: you start in Tbilisi, go up to Gudauri for the mountains, then finish in Batumi by the sea. It works because you’re not trying to do ten places — you’re using three strong bases and doing smart day trips from each one. The drives are normal for Georgia, and with a private car you can stop whenever you want, which makes the travel days feel way easier.
A clean default split is Tbilisi (2 nights) → Gudauri (2 nights) → Batumi (3 nights), but it’s flexible.
Exploring Tbilisi
Tbilisi is the easiest place to settle in and get your first days going. You can do the Old Town, the viewpoints, the river area, and the parts of the city that are worth walking. Because you’ve got a driver, you don’t waste energy connecting everything on foot — you walk the good parts and drive between areas when it’s smarter.

The best part is that Tbilisi isn’t just “Tbilisi.” If you want variety without changing hotels, you can do a day trip out toward Kakheti for a totally different vibe, or go for a scenic mountain-view day without committing to a full mountain stay yet. And if you want to use a longer day, you can go as far as places like Uplistsikhe or even Vardzia — it’s a bigger day, but it’s doable with a private car and good pacing.

So those first days can be city-focused, or city + short trips, depending on how you want the week to feel.
Moving to Gudauri
After the city, you go up into the mountains. This transfer day is actually part of the experience — the views get bigger as you climb, and there are natural places to stop along the way that make it feel like a road trip, not a commute.
Once you arrive, the whole rhythm changes. Cooler air, wide scenery, and a calmer pace.

Gudauri as a Mountain Base
Gudauri is great as a base because you’re not doing it as a day trip. You actually wake up in the mountains and have time to enjoy it properly. In winter, it’s straightforward: skiing and snow. In warmer months, it’s more about high-altitude scenery, viewpoints, and just enjoying being away from the city.
And it’s not only “stay at the hotel.” From Gudauri you can do short scenic drives and stop at the classic mountain viewpoints without stress. You can keep the day active or keep it slow — the point is, you’re not rushing back to Tbilisi at the end of the day.

Finishing in Batumi
Then you head to Batumi for the coast. After mountains, Batumi feels like a full switch: sea air, flat streets, and a more relaxed day structure. This is where a lot of people naturally slow down.
Batumi is also a good base for nearby day trips without changing hotels. You can go out to nature spots like Mtirala, or head toward Zugdidi and see places like the Dadiani Palace. These are the kinds of outings that keep the trip interesting even if you want the Batumi part to stay easy and relaxed.

Evenings & Food
This package gives you three different evening styles. Tbilisi evenings are busy and full of restaurant options. Gudauri evenings are calm — warm dinners, rest, early nights if you’ve been active. Batumi evenings are seaside: promenade walks, cafés, and a more social feel.
It’s a good rhythm for a week: city first, mountains in the middle, coast at the end.
What’s Included
This package includes private driver service, a comfortable vehicle, flexible daily planning, and pickup and drop-off coordination. Accommodation, meals, attractions, and entry tickets are not included in the base price.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included. Guests can book hotels independently or request assistance with hotel arrangements so that everything is coordinated before arrival. Many travelers prefer this option for a smoother experience.
Who This Trip Is For
This is for people who want variety without chaos. You get city days, real mountain time, and then a relaxed finish by the sea — all in one week, without bouncing between hotels every day. Great for couples, small groups, and first-time visitors who want the “full Georgia” feel in a simple format.
